Install CosmosDB locally

Download CosmosDB emulator from https://aka.ms/cosmosdb-emulator

Please take note that this emulator is for development purposes only. It helps you to perform testing without creating an Azure subscription or incurring any costs. In fact, the free tier CosmoDB in the cloud has a time limit usage.

Name the database as “SampleDatabase”
